American Red Cross Lifeline
American Red Cross Lifeline gives  subscribers the confidence and freedom to live on  their own, because there is always someone standing by to help whenever needed . This Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) is provided by the American Red Cross in collaboration with Lifeline Systems, Inc., and is available to  subscribers  24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Get peace of mind . . . get Lifeline.

How does it work?
To call for help, simply press the Personal Help Button  that is worn as a pendant or a wristband. The Personal Help Button activates a small in-home communicator that automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.

Within seconds, calls are answered by one of Lifeline's caring, highly - trained operators called Lifeline Monitors.  Subscribers will never be asked to talk to a machine.

Every Lifeline installation is conducted by a caring group of installers who take the time to get to know each subscriber and make sure he or she fully understands how Lifeline works. This service provides a weekly reassurance call from a caring American Red Cross InTouch member.
