Lifeline Minimize
American Red Cross Lifeline
American Red Cross Lifeline gives  subscribers the confidence and freedom to live on  their own, because there is always someone standing by to help whenever needed . This Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) is provided by the American Red Cross in collaboration with Lifeline Systems, Inc., and is available to  subscribers  24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Get peace of mind . . . get Lifeline.

How does it work?
To call for help, simply press the Personal Help Button  that is worn as a pendant or a wristband. The Personal Help Button activates a small in-home communicator that automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.

Within seconds, calls are answered by one of Lifeline's caring, highly - trained operators called Lifeline Monitors.  Subscribers will never be asked to talk to a machine.

Why choose American Red Cross Lifeline?
American Red Cross Lifeline subscribers become a part of the Red Cross family. Every Lifeline installation is conducted by a caring group of installers who take the time to get to know each subscriber and make sure he or she fully understands how Lifeline works. We send birthday and holiday greetings as well as periodic newsletters with safety tips. In addition, the Red Cross offers a very special service to our subscribers called InTouch. This service provides a weekly reassurance call from a caring American Red Cross InTouch member.

Lifeline with AutoAlert Minimize
What is Lifeline with AutoAlert?
Lifeline with AutoAlert offers the same peace of mind as Lifeline with an added bonus. Lifeline with AutoAlert is the only medical-alert pendant-style Help Button that automatically places a call for help when a fall is detected. Using patented technology, AutoAlert continuously monitors the subscriber's movements and activities and can distinguish between normal activity and a fall.

To learn more about how Lifeline with AutoAlert works, watch the video to your right.

The AutoAlert feature is also available through the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter by calling 1.800.959.6989.
